We were invited to a wedding at the Castle Hotel, we made our reservation twelve months in advance, on arrival we were given our keys to the room of which was in an annex across the road approx. 5 mins walk away (thank goodness it wasn't raining) when we walked into the building it smelt damp, on entering the room I could not believe what they expected us to stay in, it was appalling, i returned to the reception and advised I was not happy with the room allocated to us and I was not informed at the time of booking it would be in an annex, they gave us another room in the main hotel but it was situated on the main street so we had no sleep all night due to the pubs and club in the vacinity of the hotel. the breakfast was another desaster we had to clear our own table before we could get breakfast, of which was disgusting.

we have been on this caravan park for 5 good years, we did lots of homework before purchasing a caravan, as soon as we drove down the drive the well maintained gardens and the friendliness of the people on the site is just a lovely place and a pleasure to come too. Nothing is too much trouble for the site Manager and his wife and its like home from home. Can certainly recommend.
