Tony is reliable and does a fantastic job. So you get super cleans carpets on the day you are told you are getting them done. Ours is quite a large b&b but it was done with the minimum of disruption. Would highly recommend.

My friend bought me a gift voucher for this salon and it no expiry time was given or mentioned on the voucher. Just the name address and phone number of the salon and he amount it was for. I thought I was pretty safe for 12 months so long as they didn't go bust. 7 months later they tell me they will have my gift as the card has expired. I pointed out that there is no mention of expiry date on the voucher and they said it was on the website. I said there was no website mentioned or website address on the card. That's obviously not something they care about when there is free money up for grabs and you can scream at the person you are taking it from before slamming down the phone. Caveat emptor.
