Cannot comment on quality of work because work never done. Was given estimate on 11/9/18 and was told 6-8 weeks because of how busy they were, I phoned them after 8 weeks for an update and was told someone would get back to me (didn’t). Phoned in December same thing Jan/Feb same thing. Therefore I can only assume the job was not big enough for them ( £600). Would have appreciated if I had been told that at start , which is why rating of 1star for customer service ( would have been 0 if possible).
