Used to be good BUT ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE NOW. I bought a used approved car a little while ago and on pick up day drove out and felt one of the rear wheels wobbling took it to a garage as Audi was closed and discovered the wheels were out of alignment. I took it back to West London Audi and this confirmed by them one key battery was completely dead and the other barely worked , rear windscreen wiper blade broken, early warning / parking sensors were faulty as brakes would slam on for no reason whilst driving with nobody or anything near the car which almost caused me to crash on several occasions audible alarms going off music turning down while sitting stationary in traffic with nothing moving around the car, was charged for Autoglym paint protection which wasnt done (was confirmed by several people at Audi including a member of the management said the car should not be handed over like that) even after all this still no apology from anyone from management at West London Audi

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE. Had my apartment valued a while back and they were absolutely brilliant. Very efficient and polite and professional. Just had the flat revalued and again absolutely brilliant 10/10 service from everyone I have dealt with. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone
