Very impressed with this firm who have just reduced the overgrown crown on our bay tree and tidied up our two old apple trees. Site visit before written estimate. Excellent communications in advance of visit. Worked very professionally and did exactly what we had requested. Gave some advice about future care for the trees. Left our garden very tidy upon completion. Very efficient back office - good prompt and clear communications. Will definitely be using next year.

Rob removed, trimmed and rehung our front door which had been rubbing on the tiles. From start to finish, Rob communicated very clearly and was very professional. It may only have been a small job but Rob made us feel that the job was important to him. Excellent workmanship and a pleasure to do business with Rob. Charles Wright has just overhauled a Singer 201K which my wife has had for nearly 50 years and which was over 30 years' old when we bought it as a refurbished machine from a Singer shop.
It now works perfectly - far better than it ever has in the last 50 years. It positively purrs.
That says a lot about the original Singer engineering but it was Charles Wright's skill and patience which transformed a very neglected and seized-up machine into one which is a joy to work with.
It was delightful to meet someone who took such an obvious pride in his work.
We thoroughly recommend this really professional engineer.
