I discovered Trinity for MOT work after the Essex County Council MOT service in Coval Lane closed a few years ago now. I have sat in the Trinity reception area waiting for my MOT to be done many times. Their whole business is carried out in front of you as you sit there and everything is as it should be. As a person who believes in excellent customer service I am sure you will not find better. This is an honest, family run business and all the staff are skilled and helpful with a very pleasing manner. You can use this garage with the full knowledge that you are receiving the best possible customer care and service.
It is very rare to find a business run in such an equitable way. 'Well done' to all at Trinity.
