Had to leave a review of this company as they really went the extra mile when our electric cooker stopped working. We rang them at 4.30 tonight and explained our cooker had broke down and we could not cook the evening meal. Firstly they said they could not help until Monday, when I explained that my husband's elderly mother was living with us and was unwell and a hot meal was important they said they would get an engineer to us by 6.30. Within two hours their engineer arrived and got to work and found the thermostat had blown. Amazingly he had the part on his van and within 30 minutes or so he had our cooker working again. David the engineer was extremely pleasant and professional and the repair bill was far less than we had been quoted by two other local repair places we had called. Appliance Tech will certainly be on our list of local tradesmen for the future
