Dreadful. Based on the specifics on their website, I asked for a number of swatches. I received something completely different from what I asked for - faux silk in shades I didn’t want, instead of cotton in the shades I needed. I can get faux silk shades in any shop. I wanted custom shades because of this. Gary said ok sorry and he’ll pop the cotton in the post, unfortunately too many days passed as he was in no hurry to serve me, and I got really anxious and lost my bearings. I’ve been looking for the right shades for years and years. The samples arrived too late, by that time I had published my reviews online and they told me to bugger off instead of trying to make things right. Apparently they think I’m being unreasonable, which is exactly in line with my impression of being patronised and mansplained to.
