I have used the services of Mr Humphries several times now on my dishwasher and he has always provided an exemplary service.
He is always contactable and if not immediately gets back to you very quickly.
He is proffessional, fair in price,doesn't make you waste money on things you do not need and advises if a repair is not financially viable.
His workmanship is of great quality and he always leaves your home in a clean state.
I consider him to be a reliable,trustworthy and reasonable tradesmen and would highly recommend him.

This was the first time I had used this company and from the moment I telephoned I got great customer service.
I had a problem with my roller garage door where the curtain needed restraightening,tracks needed adjusting & some tape needed fixing.The lady on the telephone offered me an appointment within a couple of days.
Two fitters arrived together, they were lovely friendly guys and a pleasure to have at my home.
They immediately saw the problem, told me what they would be doing and when they had finished explained what had been done, they were absolutely brilliant.
A credit to the company & themselves.
The company did not even ask for payment up front and sent an invoice, which was very reasonable that's trust for you.
I am likely to need more garage doors in the near future and I will definetely be getting in touch with this company.
I cannot recommend this company & it's team high enough.

Stunning Bouquets, fantastic service

Today is my birthday, hubby couldn’t decide on one bouquet so he asked Jo to create two !
The first was 13 red roses (as we met on Friday 13th) & the second is creams & pinks, both very classy.
I feel incredibly lucky today that’s for sure.
Every bouquet Jo creates is always stunning beautiful, I wouldn’t want flowers from anywhere else.
Her flowers are always fresh & so beautifully presented.
Highly recommend Jo & her business & her hubby for always delivering with a smile.

Poor Service

I telephoned this company on 26/9/18 asking for price from Ottery St Mary Devon to Liskeard in Cornwall, I asked for a text reply & was told it would be in about an hour.
It never came so I called again on 27/9/18 & was told it had been passed into someone in office but that he would call them & one of them would call me in about 5 mins.
Here we are on the 28/9/18 & still no contact.
Obviously they are not interested in the job & considering it was some distance, probably a good earner for them but they couldn’t be bothered to do what they said they would .
Shame as guy on phone sounded so genuine.
If you didn’t want job you should just say, be honest with a customer☹️

My apologies for the late response. I run just two taxis with a colleague (the guy you spoke to) and it is only the two of us that drive. Consequently, there is a limit to what we can do. I was recently on holiday so my colleague asked another local firm for a price. He did respond but thinks he must of sent it to the wrong number. We are happy to undertake such trips and had we done so we would have charged £85. Given that we are small concern we do a good job; cover 7 days a week, are polite and courteous, are reliable and help if we can. Kind Regards, Martin, Orchard Taxis
