Sam and his team are incredibly professional, reliable, efficient and friendly. I had a new boiler fitted in March and have had a few problems. The first time I called Sam, he was at my property within the hour! He also arranges for Baxi to come out if required, which made the process easier and less stressful for me.

I find that aftercare is often lacking with some companies, but this is definitely not the case here. I have received the same top level of customer service that I did when the boiler was fitted.

Heatwise are now my go-to company and I will definitely be recommending them to people I know.
