My boiler broke in December, I called several companies, including British Gas, for a quote. Matt from orrell plumbing and heating came out the same day, with a really reasonable (much cheaper) quote. My new Worcester boiler was fitted within days, new hive installed and old water tank removed, the guys were so efficient and left my house spotless! Couldn’t recommend them enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Booked a taxi to a restaurant and the taxi was so late that we actually lost our table. Against my better judgement I booked this firm again today to take me to work. I gave well over an hour's notice yet the taxi was 15 minutes late and I was late for work. When I called to chase the taxi I was spoken to in a disgraceful manner by the operator who actually hung up on me. Customer service skills zero time punctuality zero - my advice would be to call a different firm!
