Very poor service.

Called up about having my IPhone 6S repaired, they said to bring in the phone on Wednesday because that's when they are getting a new batch of phone screens, brought it in on Tuesday only to be turned away because all of the screens have been "taken up" Bloody ridiculous! Horrible customer service. If I need to book it in actually tell me that rather than tell me to come in on Wednesday morning.
Very untrue i have used this company for many years me my family and friends have had many repairs done here especially phone repairs, if you take your phone in on the day they tell you not the day before or after they will do it, its no good missing the day they say because someone else might want a repair. its also not there fault if screens are not in stock if you go in on the actual day. also the customer service is fantastic they have done many on the counter repairs for me free of charge.
