Not such secure experience with this company. Personnel of Norton Security Solutions Ltd forced entry into a secured rear garden of a house by sawing off the lock off the gate (!), without informing the residents present at the property to request access and leaving them with impression of a break in. Property access was then left unsecured for three weeks following the incident. The lock has not been replaced or reimbursed for, and Norton Security Solutions has since stopped responding and avoid contact. Hardly encouraging trust with ‘all your security needs'.
