Mel and Mike. Thank you for all you have done these past three weeks. I walked into your office with no idea what to do. I couldn't have asked for more. You were on the end of the phone at every step and kept me up to date throughout. You sat with me, made me cups of tea, listening to me talking on and on. The day of the funeral went so smoothly. You did a fantastic job.I got everthing I asked for. You made a horrible day just beautiful. If I ever have to arrange a funeral again I will certainly be walking back through your door.
