A good family friend of ours (a farmer) contacted me to ask if I knew any way his years of farm animal records and his photographs could be recovered as his Western Digital 1TB hard drive had failed and he had never backed anything up !!!!!! , he had tried the North Devon local "dealer" who put the drive in a freezer !!!!!!, so in desperation, as I am very familiar with computer hardware as an ex Fujitsu technician he asked me, but alas I couldn't help either.
I posted the drive off to Copy Paste Master with a portable hard drive and within a week or so I had the entire contents of the drive safely transferred to the USB drive and our friend now has his data back a little wiser for the experience.
There was to be no charge if it was not possible to recover the data so we all think it was money well spent, highly recommended service thank you.

I passed Gavin whilst he was doing another job locally and asked him to take a look at our Hornbeam tree which I had brutally pruned several times and without any real understanding of tree surgery, Gavin came and took a look about an hour later and turned up the next morning to do a proper job, he also did some work on a second Hornbeam tree which was over and above what we had asked for but very welcome. The Tree now looks like it has a fighting chance of thriving again so good service all round and recommended, all cuttings were removed leaving everything tidy
