Billy visited today to unblock my drains. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable and quickly solved the problem. He identified that there is a shared drain on my property which would usually be the responsibility of the water authority. He advised that I could contact them in future to avoid having to pay for a specialist like him. I would have no hesitation recommending his services to anyone.
