Had an issue with my lock, and Jack was incredibly helpful on the phone — we actually “fixed” it together over the phone, however it looked like there were alignment issues with the door and lock as well. I’m in SE London and Jack sent his team out same day who were efficient and professional. Lock fixed and in good working order! Highly recommend Jack and his team at JW Locks!
