I've been attanding Simon's classes for a while and really feel the benefit from both a physical and mental well being perspective. The classes give me an opportunity to have some proper "me time" and I always come out feeling so much better. Simon is passionate and enthusiastic about Pilates and his encouraging way of teaching always makes you feel comfortable and wanting to improve all the time. I absolutely love these classes and highly recommend anyone who is interested in taking up Pilates to go along.
