I’ve just turned up for a blow dry booked on Treatwell in the last two hours . I was told they had tried to call me this morning to cancel my appointment and I didn’t answer ? My appointment was 3.30pm and I booked at 2pm .
So to be told lies and then not have my hair done after driving 15 miles plus the money taken out of my account is an utter disgrace !
Hair and salon owners have been closed and now they are booked up and mad busy don’t even have the courtesy and manners to look after customers !
They even wouldn’t give me a refund in cash and said I had to go through Treatwell the booking system they use .
