I bought a caravan from a company which supposedly had a good reputation, it caught fire the first night in slept in it, fortunately I had insurance, I contacted Liberty Caravan Services and asked for their help and advice, they went above and beyond for me, providing a letter for my insurance company to help with the claim and once I got paid out helped with advice for the repairs. Once it was repaired I booked it in for a service to make sure all the repairs were 100% correctly done, and they were great, I even cheekily asked them to change the rubber rail inserts which they did.
