Emailed PCfix one Sunday evening with details of the problem with my Mac, hoping to receive a call sometime Monday. I was amazed to receive a call from Paul 10 minutes later to discuss my problem. I dropped my Mac to him in Haddenham Monday morning, and he called me later that day with his findings, and my machine was returned 48 hours later fully restored. Great service at a fair and reasonable price. I've also had my laptop battery replaced at a price lower than Apple would charge, with the added convenience of being local. Paul will be my first port of call in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone!
