We called out Malcolm to clean our lounge and bedroom carpets. The lounge carpet had a lot of stains that had accumulated over the years. He spent the full day with us to ensure the carpets were cleaned and dry. I was really pleased that he managed to remove all the stains, the carpet looking as good as new.
