I phoned & waited for a call back. When i received callback friendly, polite and helpful lady booked my appointment. Later found out it was chris's wife. Confirmation was received of my booking and i waited for the day. I have no problem with the job which was done professionally and with care not to damage my pride and joy. The price was very competetive and the fact that chris came to me was a real bonus. My only niggle is that he was late and it was me who had to chase him. A call from chris before he was due to arrive would have resolved this. Comunication is king. Having said that i have no hesitation in recommending chris if you want a good job at a competitive price. Already passed chris's contact number to a friend. Think that says it all!
