I have used Wiseone for several Mortgages (residential and commercial) and always had a good experience with them. Most recently we were struggling to obtain a buy to let mortgage on a property through various other lenders and by chance ended up speaking to John Kefford at Wiseone who was doing a remortgage on a separate property for me. John was amazing, he found us a genuine mortgage offer quickly and with ease, even when we had pretty much given up on this property. John has been so reliable and is always easy to contact. I would highly recommend John and Wiseone!

Luke, in response to your comment which is untrue. Yes there was a gas leak which coincidentally happened when your Electrician ripped Up our floor. It was advised that this would cost £50 per Hour to fix, the guy who arrived was at ours 45 Mins yet we were charged for 1.5 hours work. I disputed this and you said we were lying. The wires were quoted to be chased in, you Chose not to do this despite it being my Request as per The quote. It is
Not your Decision to not do the work I am paying you to do because you want to take short cuts. The wires were not even fixed To the brick as your Electrician said he was unable To do this. If I could attach screenshots I would also Show that you quoted me extra money to rectify The plug socket which was not recessed. I apreeciate it must be hard Getting negative feedback but I can only feedback on my experience.
I did not comment on the outside plug socket as I had no Characters left, I can confirm this works.

I'm disappointed that you have where not happy with the service. We carried out the work as per the quote, in which you expected the room to be plasterboarded and skimmed. As such the wires where attached to the brick wall, ready to be boarded over for skimming (as standard you don't chase wires into a brick wall if you are plasterboarding and skimming). We did unfortunately miss the recessed socket and offered to return to do this at no extra charge. In your review you don't mention the same day service we offered when a gas leak was found, nor the outside socket which you where happy with. Once again apologies that you where not totally satisfied with the work carried out. Luke

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Also trading as Prime Builders. Im still awaiting it to be completed as well as the damage he caused whilst doing the works. I have had no hot water since he started works as he has not capped my radiator correctly. I have 1 plug socket flush to the wall and level, the other 3 sockets are either hanging out of the wall, are not chased in or are wonky( i guess 1 out of three is not bad?!) Also one of the sockets was not earthed so I went two days without electricity. I have a wire trapped behind the plaster board. The door handles were broken off during the works which were never replaced, the window was also broken by James and his colleagues which also remains broken with an empty promise to return and fix. My wooden floor is covered in splashes of plaster and concrete as James didnt cover anything up when the works took place. I advise anyone to not go ahead with works from this company or James directly.
