LIP SERVICE!!! We have received a reply to our review given over a month ago from today, however Audi Wolverhampton have failed to deal with our issue and we are still in the same place as a year ago. Please DO NOT say the following as this is just simply LIP SERVICE to make it appear you are doing something about it when you are not. We have tried to make contact on various occasions by attempting multiple calls and leaving our details for audi wolverhampton to get back to us but to date have heard nothing at all. Perhaps Wayne B is a made up name? After carrying our complaint to Audi UK, we have been given an 'inspection date' of our faulty Audi A8 , We will further review after our forthcoming interaction with this dealership.
