From start to finish, Fred was true to his word. He did an excellent job of felling a large tree in my garden, working very safely and carefully. When he left, the area around the where the tree had been was tidyer than before he arrived! I cannot fault any aspect of his customer service, and will have no hestitation in recommending Basic Arbor to others.
