Paul from the Bathroom Fitting came over to make decisions on the style of the bathroom and works needed. Already I could feel he was pushing us into making decisions that weren't quite what we wanted but we still went along with it, agreed on rough dates and I paid £1000 deposit.
We never heard back re a proposed start time so I emailed but received no reply back. After calling Paul informed us that he was busy on another project and we couldn’t get any estimate of a start date for our work.
After calling again he informed us that he was still busy and could we call back to remind him about our works in ‘a few weeks’.
This we did, this time he gave us a window of a week but could we text him the week before to remind him and he would reply with the exact start date. Again we did as requested but never received a reply for 11 days.
In the end we waited almost 6 months since paying the deposit, Paul never turned up and I never got the deposit back.
Avoid this company at all cost.
