Used this company as part of an international move. They did the unload and unpack. We were some ways through the unpack when the guys suggested we could finish unpacking in our own time and Doree Bonner would come back and collect all the packaging (of which there was a lot) within a few weeks. We let them go and we finished the unpack over the following week. When I rang their office I was informed they wouldn't be able to collect the packaging for at least 3 months, meaning we would have to pay for someone else to dispose of it. Considering we have already paid over £8000 in total for the move, we are not very pleased.
