Have just had another service completed on my twin axle caravan using their mobile service technician. It’s so convenient having it done at home on my driveway. As always, the advance booking was a breeze and they turned up promptly at the scheduled time. Great friendly service as usual and a thorough service carried out. Have been using Liberty Caravan Services for many years and they have always looked after my caravan exceptionally well and I also used them for the fitting of two solar panels which gives me the flexibility of going off grid for extended periods of time. All in all, a great company who will look after you and your vehicle. I thoroughly recommend them without any hesitation.

Liberty have been servicing my caravans for a number of years and I love the convenience of them doing it at a time of your choosing on your drive. They have always been prompt, extremely thorough and have an attention to detail that is second to none. They have always left my caravan immaculate and have always been there to give their unbiased advice when it comes to upgrading certain aspects of my van. They installed dual solar panels on my caravan roof which enables me to go off grid for weeks at a time using my 3KW inverter and lithium battery so pretty much mains power without the hook up, thanks to the Sun! Brilliant! I would thoroughly recommend Liberty without any hesitation.

Replaced ridge tiles with dry line tiles. Quick, efficient job, came when stated and cleaned up afterwards removing all rubbish. Fabulous job, thoroughly recommended!

Fabulous service provided by JB Aerials! Arrived when arranged, provided excellent advice and solutions to my aerial problems and gave me a fair price for the work to be carried out. All work was carried out quickly and efficiently, very pleased with the service! Throughly recommended!

Bought a Swift Challenger from them and while still under warranty had problems with the Thetford fridge. Left the caravan with them for a few days to diagnose the fault. They couldn't find one. Fault kept occurring and even gave them the error code. They said they would order the part from Thetford then call to arrange the fitting of it. A month later, still no reply. Chased it up with them and was told that they had lost all of the details. So, had to start all over again. I called Thetford myself to get the part number so that I could give it to the service department myself, they told me that they would have it within a couple of days and call me to arrange fitting. Guess what? Two weeks later, nothing! Chased them up again only to be told some 'cock and bull' story about not being able to order the part without one of their technicians seeing the actual fault occur! Unbelievable! Don't bother giving them your business, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with! Stay clear
