Extremely high prices and poor quality of work.
You get what you pay for quote does not apply here. You get ripped off. They take advantage of people that come across to stupid.
You will get apprentice mechanics work primarily on your car so likey the car will brake down again.

Staff where unpleasant and haven't got a clue on how to deal with people. Overpriced tyres and rip-off service costs in comparison to rivals.

Car park and front entrance needs fixing as will damaged vehicles at some point.
