AVOID. Car failed MOT. Booked in for fixes a cpl days later. Dropped off car 9.15am. Called 4x and when finally answered at 4.40pm, told they’d not even looked at it as too busy. Wasted an entire day of our time, thrown our schedule and childcare out. When asked to either have a commitment for it to be ready for the next morning or collect it, told to go elsewhere. Went to collect and owner waiting outside to confront us… accused of having a go at his staff (utter lie) because he didn’t like customer feedback. Totally messed around. Aggressive attitude. Overpromised and under delivered and couldn’t care less. Being busy isn’t an excuse… don’t offer appointments if you can’t honour them! NEVER again.
