Booked my Mercedes SLK into Staithes to locate and rectify anoying rattle from boot/roof area. Obviously they could not give me any cost estimate until they had looked at the car. As it had to be fixed I left car with them for a whole day, trusting that if it was anything expensive to fix they would inform me first. Picked up car after garage was closed (6.00pm) and was very pleasantly surprised to find fault(s) completely fixed and bill for just £72 inc V.A.T. Just goes to prove you cant be in business for over 30 years if youre not honest. I would recommend Staithes Garage to anyone who wants their Mercedes serviced or repaired at a fraction of MB dealer (stealer) costs and wants a job well done by professionals who care about their customers.
