I had excellent service from this business. It was good to be kept up to date and to review the process of in my case a laptop fault. Every detail and cost was carefully explained and there were no surprises on collection of my machine. The proprietor is both helpful and friendly. He didn't mind explaining things a couple of times and didn't make assumptions about my computer knowledge. I think I paid a fair price for the job, which only took a couple of days, and wouldn't hesitate to use this business again or to recommend to friends or family.
