Dear George,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent service you have provided over the past few days.
From start to finish, the experience has been outstanding. The team have been incredibly quick and efficient, whilst still remaining considerate and respectful throughout what is, naturally, a stressful process.
Everything has been handled with care, the work has been carried out in a tidy and organised way, and the entire team have been genuinely easy to work with. That combination is not always easy to find, and it has made a significant difference to us during this move.
Please do pass on our thanks to everyone involved. We are very grateful for the professionalism and support you have shown.
