The customer service stills here are diabolical . Ranj Ferlance, Lettings Manager is a disgrace to the company. When the property was being viewed for new tenants Ranj called me at 9am with the opening line “Where are you?!”. I have never been so spoken to like this before. Not even my own friends/family.

When ending my tenancy early due to a relationship breakdown, I was faced with sarcasm and attitude and harassment by the professional. To then find out my referees were called to discuss my Council Tax Account.❗️YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE❗️
