Used them before and they were great, however after the most recent experience, I cannot recommend them again. Took the car for a repair, which they did repair, but in doing so, cracked the windscreen which they refused to pay for. It was £150 with our insurance, so not a huge deal but even less of one you'd think for them but no, they said as it was accidental, they accepted no responsibility for it. Ok, so I am.a doctor, this gentleman SJ comes in because his appendix ruptured, I operate, remove it, problem fixed, however, in doing so, I inadvertently and accidentally, nick his kidney, but instead of fixing that, I just leave it, sew him up and once he has woken up from the anesthetic, I tell him oh, by the way, you'll need to go somewhere else and pay for that to be fixed because hey, accident, so not my fault. Ok then.
