Shame I cannot rate these guys a ZERO! It’s 1 star! A few days after Dan and his brother had put new brake pads, I had a warning light showing WEAR OF BRAKES. I texted Dan on Thursday 26th Nov and explained the situation and he texted back that he will book me in. And I texted again on Monday 30th Nov if they gonna help me or I should go somewhere else. This is in between me calling them and Dan ignoring me. Tuesday at 8pm he finally texted that he will book me in on Friday, no time whatsoever. Called and texted no answer as to what time on Friday. Friday 4th November I called at 17.50 and had a reply, can I call you later. WOW! Bare in mind I reached out on 26th November. I decided to take my car to VW who confirmed that these guys broke my wiring loom. I believe they KNOW they broke it, thus not returning my calls/texts. 8th December, they haven’t contacted me. Now I am waiting to see if they will pay me back my money as they promised that every job they do has a 3 month warranty.
