When you already have a mortgage or are trying to save money, you sometimes question why you would pay a Mortgage Advisor - The decision to appoint Zoe Driver at Greenlight Mortgages has been one of the most sensible money decisions we have ever taken!
Zoe Driver was simply the best, our applications were not always straight forward for various reasons.
Zoe did absolute wonders from start to finish, always going much further than our money really paid for. Adam (Zoe’s assistant ;) ) was also amazing! Nothing was too much for either of them in what at times for us felt like swimming in quick sand. If you are self-employed, have other possible challenges or if you simply want someone else to take a bit of the stress, my advice would be to part with your money and let Greenlight Mortgages take the stress away. 1 member of staff has an attitude problem. The others are amazing! Although the management could have been more helpful.
I complained once to Jenni, the manager about this member of staff (Lauren B) and her attitude on many occasions.
I complained to head office about an incident where Lauren had left a sharp point touching my dogs pad as she refused to cut that little bit off and told me to take a file to it in front of a new member of staff.
I then had to take my dog to Milestone Vets as the store manager and head office are so slow (4 weeks) in replying it became a necessity to get them cut to avoid further discomfort and possible infection.
All I asked for was them to be re done but instead I received a £5 voucher.
Since there is more to be concerned with right now when it comes to COVID-19, I will let KARMA deal with you!!!!!!

I was quite glad when I no longer needed to take my car to the main dealer as Chris is much more trustworthy ;)

We booked this company to decorate our hallway. Their work was outstanding quality, within good time and reasonably priced.
We then booked them to decorate the front of our house and kitchen.
