We had a stairlift fitted just under two weeks ago. The staff demonstrated the different types we could have in the showroom, explaining the pros and cons of each and the prices including new and refurbished ones. My mum even got to try the lifts out.The surveyor came out to visit the house within the week and guided us through the process of having the stairlift fitted. It was then installed 3 days later in less than 3 hours. The whole process was excellent. The staff are extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. The stairlift is reasonably priced and has been a fantastic purchase for my mum due to her mobility issues. We would highly recommend the company.
