Very dissatisfied customer. I left my 2 cars 9am for MOT test, didn't receive any feedback till 3pm when I called to find out. To my shock I was told your Range Rover is too heavy for our ramp. I was so frustrated why on earth they didn't know this when they asked me to leave it? 5pm I spoke to some so called expert who did MOT on my Landcruiser. Terrible communication. He didn't know what to advise. "This car is repairable but is it worth spending that much money" I wouldn't go for it. "Its too much hassle for us" We don't have a welder here" Generally we don't get involved welding work". I was furious and told him to give me quote. Its none of your business what I do, its my decision not yours. I felt like giving him mouthful. Very unprofessional.
Will not recommend to anyone.
