Excellent! From Mary in the office to Jocasta and Kai the surveyors/estimarors, I had expert, thorough and very friendly service. Then Harvey came to do the work (cutting off plaster & cement from the walls, damp proofing injections and re-finishing with cement and a plaster top coat) and I was absolutely delighted ! He is so good at what he does that the finish is brilliant! He even re-shaped the crumbling corners!
