Simply Avoid

Terrible company. Avoid. Caused countless damages to my property including broken roof tiles, guttering, broken patio slabs, broke next door greenhouse, chipped my brand new rendered wall. Zero regard for health and safety. Throw sheets of metal and scaffold poles into the lawn below. Plus, used my garden as storage for their materials until they needed them again. Over 3 weeks the scaffold was down before collection with a string of excuses. Get your self a proper firm and avoid.

We had Steve round to render the front and back of our house and make a new plinth for us and we couldn’t be happier with the work. He is very professional, polite and great value! Definitely recommend - Tom from Hassell Road

Great value, great service, worked tirelessly!

We had James transform the front of our property. He dug up the old concrete path and laid a new block pave driveway, built us a new front door step, installed all the drainage, installed a new drop kerb and fences to both boundaries! Both he and his young chap worked tirelessly and got all this done in just 4 days. He was extremely good value and I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family.

He project managed the whole thing and was able to offer great advice when we needed it. I don’t usually leave reviews for tradesman but you’ve honestly got to get him round to give you a quote!!

1 Star at the most. I placed an offer on a property through Ranger at 9am Monday morning for the full asking price. They told me there were other viewers over the weekend so would need to speak to all of them then contact the owner which is fair enough however I then had to chase them throughout the entire day to try and find out what was happening. After numerous calls to the office with no response I managed to speak to someone who said the owner's were thinking over night what buyer to go with as there had been 2 offers at asking price (mine and one other). The following morning it was me who had to call them again to find out what was happening. They told me that I was not successful as I was not the first offer? I thought the agents role was to advise their client. This is a ridiculous way to decide a buyer. i am a first time buyer with a mortgage in place so in a very strong position. Felt like it was them who decided the buyer!
