I am absolutely fuming! I arranged an appointment last week about 5 days ago but due to a family emergency my appointment totoally slipped my mind. As I was going to ring up the next day I had such a rude response. I am going trough such a tough time but never in my life have I met a man so arrogant, rude and unprofessional in all my life! Swearing etc at me! Some respect towards your customers would have been nice! I will not be returning to you as your professional prospective is poor, your attitude stinks sort it out! Unless you want your business to go under. REALLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!
