I have been using MOT City for over 10 years and when my daughter passed her test and I bought her a car, she has been using MOT City since 2003. She drives up from Southampton for MOTs and services because they are so trustworthy. I am very surprised to read the negative review posted 14/4/2013. This person, in my opinion is not talking about the same garage. MOT City won the Southern Region award because so many of the customers rate this garage and the work that all the employees do. I have found and continue to find, that they are honest and honourable and I can safely give them my car knowing that it will be handled correctly and fixed AND that they always contact me with the cost implication(completely honestly and openly) no matter what. I also know that many people drop their cars off, go on holiday and come back to a sensible bill and a fixed car. Therefore, to anyone reading these reviews, as this person has suggested you avoid MOT City, I will now say, please ignore this biased unfair and incorrect review. MOT City is an honest, professional and extremely accommodating company and I will and do ALWAYS recommend them to anyone I talk to where vehicles are involved. Please use them in the safe knowledge that they will do a good job.
