At the beginning I believed this was going to be well. This is not my Normal vets as I usually take my pets to the PDSA. However, my cat went missing in January, when found by a local neighbor they took them to Passey Place Veterinary. He was diagnosed with diabetes and we (me and my mother) where told that he would need to stay longer to adjust to his medication and new diet e.c.t. At this time, we informed them that we havent got much financial support and they stated because it wasnt are regular vets we wouldnt need to play for the stay just the medical bills. (which we expect to still be pricey). 6 MONTHS pass by and we get informed after weeks of trying to arrange when he can come home. Hearing how well he has reacted to treatment, we need to pay around £11,000 before we are able to pick him up. WE HAVE NOT GOT THIS MONEY..... The whole experience which is still to this day ongoing is a terrible experience and now we are facing the probability to never see them again. SHAME!!!
