Worst experience I’ve ever had, dealing with a skip hire company the people are rude and incompetent, prices are ridiculous and if slightly over filled they charge you an excess charge of £56 and I was also charged a waste of journey charge, what a rip off do not hire from these lot they are crooks and if I’m mistaken is it called 123 skiphire or circlewaste. I was under so much emotional distress because of how much they messed me about the skip was only about an inch or two overfilled and they refused to take it so I was charged the aforementioned £56 no other company, I’m sure would give you such a run around absolutely appalling, how they treat human beings and citizen advice told me they shouldn’t have charged me the £33 vat because you’re only required to pay it if you’re hiring the skip for a business but apparently they charge the vat regardless apparently, it’s their policy to rip people off. I hope no one else suffers the same ordeal. They have no regards for their customers.

Awful absolutely awful wheelie bin service we’ve been good customers for a while and my mum even booked these guys to clean our wheelie bins but they were arrogant enough to clean our neighbours bins instead of ours. They purposely drove right past our house. We won’t ever book these stooges again. I just don’t see why they’re on their high horses they’re only one out of hundreds bin cleaners. Watch out for these guys they you need to book them a month or so in advance in order for them to clean your bins and one of the blokes have a real attitude problem but we used to shrug it off because we thought they do a good job but again it comes down to availability.

I’ve been a regular customer with Snappyshopper for a couple of weeks now but after today I won’t be ordering from there again! They cared so little about my order that they couldn’t even bother checking if they’d grabbed it before departing from the store which I found rather unprofessional. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for my order as I was told to by the representative on the phone whom by the way I had to call a few times before she’d bothered answering my phone call. Half an hour later, still no sign of my order so in the end I just requested a refund. Im furious because of the way they handled the situation, absolutely rude, arrogant and atrocious. I thought I would become a regular customer after ordering from them a few times now but after the way they treated that will never happen!

Said he can’t help me just because I phoned at the wrong time apparently but it’s the only time I could call as I just came in from work late. Absolutely rude!! And unhelpful. He seemed arrogant as if he doesn’t care about losing a customer.
