Decided to have ac installed in the living room and bedroom due to the Summers seemingly getting hotter. Went with Westcott after three quotes as they were easily the most professional and knowledgeable, answering all questions and concerns. Installation was completed to a very high standard over two days, with all the wiring/trunking being kept tidy and to as much of a minimum as possible. The two mitsubishi electric units are superb, basically silent and do the job to cool down a usually overly hot new build. Would highly recommend Westcott and John to anyone looking for similar and values having a proper job done.
