Our beloved Nan passed away in a carehome. We live outside of London, I contacted the undertakers (one of the national companies) and to say I was horrified at their attitude is an understatement. We decided to look at other funeral directors and contacted Adrian Moore Funerals, and I am so thankful we did! Adrian helped us every step of the way and compared to the other company was like night and day.

The funeral was a wonderful send off for Nan and everything went to plan. The funeral team were all so lovely and caring. I cannot recommend Adrian and his team enough to anyone searching for a Funeral Director.

Terrible service. Barry took money up front for materials but never returned to start work. He gave me many dates to start work over the last month - every time he didn't turn up. He now ignores all calls and doesn't respond to texts. A total waste of time!
