Chris came the very next day to sort out the broken wire on my Henderson Up and Over Garage Door.
He replaced both wires and the conical runners which the wires go onto. It was a lot of work having to release the large spring too. The conical runners had started to wear down and the grooves were no longer deep but shallow and in obvious need of replacement too. Chris was well organised and had all the tools and parts and his van was all tidy. He did a great job and I was pleased he was able to come so soon as I couldn't use the garage door.
