John and Abbie provide a family run, family friendly, martial arts school. It is a very welcoming, safe environment and I have always felt confident in the teaching. There is an emphasis on respect and good etiquette, which is an integral part of the school.

The the many years of experience that John and Abbie have practicing martial arts is reflected in the high standard of teaching they happily give. Their passion for martial arts is an inspiration that is easily felt by anyone who has contact with them.

John and Abbie run an amazing school. Respect, support and attention to detail are values that are at the core of their practice. A high level of safety is always followed leaving room for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This is the first time I have got involved in martial arts and have been attending classes for only a couple of months. Even so, I am struck by the change for the better in my physical and psychological well-being.
Very nice people who go to the classes as well. I have made good friends already.
